Why we produce public reports

In our public reports, we talk about our organization, our projects and principles, achievements and experience, as well as some plans. There you can find exciting games with white crows, inspiring quotes, and useful links.

Keys to Growth: Three Years without / of Mistakes

This time, the public report includes not only its official part but also a special long tail. The full package contains metaphorical cards and a booklet with stories about our team’s experiences—real-life narratives that we live through and learn from. Both the cards and the booklet are dedicated to our work with mistakes. Yes, we are human too, and we make mistakes—no one is immune to them. What matters is how we perceive mistakes, what we do with them, and what lessons we take away. Our team firmly believes that mistakes are keys to growth and development. They are one of the driving forces behind discovering new things, improving our work, and strengthening our relationships with others.

EdCamp Days Report

This is the story of EdCamp Ukraine during subsequent years, with the largest national (un)conferences, cooperation with the Education Ministry, in-depth research, participating in New Ukrainian School reform, and large-scale international projects. Even the unexpected shift of education from offline to online in 2020 turned as opportunity for us: we now hold online (un)conferences, toloka webinars, create a series of podcasts, and are launching our new website. This report covers all that EdCamp Ukraine is and can be.

Educators’ Nightmares and How to Fight Them with EdCamp Ukraine

This is the story of EdCamp Ukraine since its birth until first successes: the breakthrough of regional mini-EdCamps, the beginning of our involvement in Youth Debates and Global Dignity Day projects, the first steps in education reforms and antidiscrimination practices. And all of these are presented as a funny cartoon featuring white crows. It was this report that was named the best at the V National Contest of CSO’s public reports.

Our Policies = Our Values

Our Organization’s Policies

Policies play a crucial role in our operations, helping us grow, comply with Ukrainian legislation, and stay on track toward our goals. Before starting their work with us, new colleagues complete mandatory policy training, followed by a knowledge assessment.

For our team, policies are more than just rules or obligations – they are documented agreements that foster effective collaboration and protect our rights. You can learn more about them on our dedicated page.
