Spilnokosht Crowdfunding
We use crowdfunding, or the so-called “people funding” on a regular basis. At first, we would seek resources for each event separately, but then realized that our institutional capacity is much more important for it secures sustainability of our activities. We conduct our crowdfunding campaigns on the Big Idea platform.
We use “people funding”
We conduct our crowdfunding campaigns on the Big Idea platform.

Most of the “sponsors” in our crowdfunding campaigns are educators.
They donate small amounts of money, but the large number of contributions is impressive and signifies we are moving in the right direction with support from those we work for.

EdCamp Ukraine is striving to support Ukrainian teachers in these troubled times; therefore, we are launching an initiative that comprises:
- 25 interviews with teachers — stories by people of different age, professional experience, and with different specialization, who are all united by their understanding of the value of Ukraine and by having the feeling of personal responsibility,
- crowdfunding campaign, Help Teachers in Ukraine Support Kids during War, that aims to raise funds in order to provide educators with distance learning kits, counseling services, and professional development at regional (un)conferences.
