Three free modules from a course by Dr. Edith Eger

Dr. Edith Eger, a Holocaust survivor and psychotherapist, the author of bestsellers The Choice and The Gift, and her grandson Jordan Engle, co-founder and creative director of Soul Search production company, have created a special course for those who want to heal from trauma, find their purpose, and learn to forgive. Dr. Edith and Jordan will guide you through emotional healing and personal growth that can be life-changing.

This course is designed for people who want to create a positive future for themselves, with their families and friends, with their communities and the planet, but feel constrained by current feelings of anger, grief, sorrow, disappointment, etc. Aiming to support Ukrainian educators and people in general, Dr. Edith Eger and Jordan Engle have provided free access to three out of 10 modules that have been translated, subtitled, and voiced in Ukrainian.

This course will help you:
  • find the purpose of your life,
  • turn anxiety into confidence,
  • become true authors of your own story.

Take the course

Unlocking Your Potential course includes a total of 10 modules, three of which will be offered here. These are the ones available for Ukrainian educators. We have translated them into Ukrainian, subtitled, and voiced the videos.

The course will help you deeply “connect” with the purpose of your life, learn to use your past as a source of strength, and confidently move forward towards your true potential. Interestingly, Dr. Eger refers to Unlocking Your Potential not just as a course, but as a unique experience. As someone who has lived through incredible trauma, Dr. Edie knows that the biggest prison is not created by the world. It is the prison created in our own minds.

A collection of other EdCamp Ukraine appearances of Dr. Eger can be found below.
