A CHALLENGE FOR AND ABOUT THOSE WHO TEACH DURING WAR

It’s time to tell the whole world about the contribution of Ukrainian heroes and heroines who continue to teach children even during the war❤️
We are launching a challenge to support Ukrainian teachers!
Please join and also invite educators and those interested in education issues in Ukraine and abroad.
This challenge is an excellent chance to show the big potential of teachers who continue to fulfill their important mission– teaching children during the war and uniting communities in times difficult for Ukraine.
Our unique, emotional, true, and very sincere interviews with educators prove it. All of them are from different parts of Ukraine and have gone through completely different experiences. Still, they all are united in their zeal and ardent desire to teach their students and ensure their constitutional right to education — in bomb shelters and at subway platforms, despite shelling, bombings, missiles, and all the horrors of this war.
There will only be 25 interviews, but hundreds and thousands of teachers will easily recognize themselves — now Ukrainian teachers make their invaluable contribution to Victory wherever they are.
Read the interviews on the EdCamp Ukraine website.

Friends and colleagues, many of you may have been helping the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Yet Ukrainian teachers now also need support and help – they are fighting on their educational front to help our children!
Therefore, I support the crowdfunding campaign “My War. The Lessons”.
It has been designed to help teachers continue fulfilling their main mission — teaching Ukrainian children the value of freedom and democracy, teaching them responsibility, critical thinking, and, finally, kindness.
To learn how teachers are living and working now, we conducted interviews with those who proudly and fearlessly carry through numberless challenges on the educational terrain of wartime Ukraine — persistently, honorably, and gracefully.
